The Tooltip Xtra will create Windows like tooltips on rollover on any sprite. The tooltips will work even beyond the boundaries of the stage or a MIAW. The only requirement is to place the dxr file in the Xtras folder of your project and use the behavior provided to add text to your tooltip.
