use parent script instead of xtra to do the base64 encode and decode procedure. But since the raw data may not be a string. the program still need the Binary Xtra to handle the binary data.

new version removed the dependence of ConvertData Xtra which is not shockwave-safe. and the performance have been increased by 20% for encoding and 7% for decoding.
