Lingo control of the main screen level of fade. Alters the Gamma of the screen to set the overall brightness. From 0-100% with variable increment. Added mFadeToColour and mRestoreColour which allows the user to fade to a specific colour. Altered speed of fade to number of steps parameter. Screen must be set to 8 bit depth/256 colours. Thanks to Roy for the demo movie.
