Shockwave asking for Xtras

How can I prevent Shockwave from prompting the user with errors about missing Xtras?

If Shockwave Returns the following error... This app requires an Xtra.... Then you need to mark the Xtra to be downloaded if needed. Go to Modify>Movie>Xtras adn mark the needed Xtra as "Download if needed", then save and republish.
