Allows sub sections of cast picture to be obtained with various masking, differencing and combination features. This replaces the SubPict and DifferencePict XObjects, it is much faster and uses global handlers. It replaces the SubPict and DifferencePict XObjects. Version D corrects a bug in the combinePict message - it should now work as documented
